Slightly West holds no grudges. We're an inclusive group (some might even call us friends) who meet to address administrational, editorial, and creative concerns. There is no group as a whole per se but a variety of semi-autonomous cells who occupy specific niches relative to the book, oriented around short or long term goals. Operating in this way keeps each group small, making consensus easy and scheduling meet ups more flexible since there are less people to coordinate with. These groups are the extremities, the instrumental parts of our body. These groups have one or more representatives relaying updates to other group reps who together form their own group; think of them as the nerves sending sensations to the brain. Group roles and rosters are always fluctuating, allowing oppurtunities to utilize skills you have or learn new ones. Here, we will post meeting times and locations for all the groups so you can decide how you want to get involved.
